This entire site and the Create Maps service is Beta software. This means that at any time any or all of the site or service could be offline, broken, misleading, or erroneous. Use at your own risk. Please make sure that you understand that the information provided here is being provided freely, and that no kind of agreement or contract is created between you and the owners or users of this site, the owners of the servers upon which it is housed, the individual Metro Mapper data sources, any project administrators, or anyone else who is in any way connected with this project or sister projects subject to your claims against them directly. Point View Limits You acknowledge that as user of this free service you are limited in the number of pointviews you can see per day. A point view is when someone visits the map on your site and see resulting points on the map. The first 5,000 points will show up for you users, but after that, the map will not be visible. If you want to increase this limit you must contact us and obtain a commerical license. Your Site Only You agree to embed each map you create only on one site of your choosing at a time. If you wish to embed your map in another site, you agree to create a new map. Maps will not be functional except for the site you choose to use them on. |
